Rising Angels is a national charitable organization based in the Greater Toronto Area, dedicated to restoring, empowering, and equipping survivors of sexual exploitation and human trafficking across Canada. Through outreach, advocacy, recovery programming, and survivor mentorship, we walk alongside those impacted—helping them reclaim their freedom, identity, and future.

Our Mission
At Rising Angels, our mission is to bring education about commercial sexual exploitation to professionals and the public, and to provide supportive services and safe environments to women affected by commercial sexual exploitation, allowing them to experience physical, mental, social and spiritual restoration in their lives.
Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Rising Angels provides training, programs and support across Ontario.
Survivors face societal stigma and discrimination, which can hinder their efforts to rebuild their lives and force them back into exploitative situations.

Between 2011 and 2021, Canadian police services reported over 3,500 incidents of human trafficking.
97% of victims of police-reported human trafficking were women and girls.
91% of human trafficking victims in Canada know their trafficker
